The 3Three Group Pty Ltd in Brisbane, QLD, AU is seeking a Senior HR Partner to oversee industrial relations and the full employee lifecycle on Central Queensland mining sites. This fixed-term contract offers an opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to pivot into mining with relocation support.

You will lead industrial relations, provide leadership coaching, and ensure in office compliance with Coal Award and Fair Work Act while shaping engagement and culture across operations.
