In the position you will be
- providing operational leadership and contributing to the development of the hospital's strategy
- managing the development of business plans for the delivery of services for the hospital and ensuring the effective implementation of new initiatives
- the critical point of contact with oversight of WH&S; and operational requirements across the span of each week for the Hospital
- overseeing the continuous improvement of processes to support efficient and effective hospital operations
- responsible for the functional leadership and management of professional support staff in hospital.
Manage the responsibilities of their workload, safety, mentoring, training, performance reviews and staff development
- managing building and space allocation and all local infrastructure upgrade and redevelopment and equipment projects
- managing risks and workplace health and safety for the hospital that might impact staff welfare and the efficient and effective operation of the Hospital services and the teaching program
- working with senior leaders to manage the efficient utilisation and deployment of resources for the hospital in line with the broader School strategy
- contributing to the development and design of the hospital's external engagement strategy.
