Micah Projects invites applications for a part time Family Support and Advocacy Worker within the Young Mothers for Young Women (YMYW) program to provide outreach and coordinated support to young pregnant and parenting women, their children and partners in the Brisbane City Council region.
You will conduct holistic assessments, develop support plans, and facilitate referrals to housing, health, education and social services while empowering families to engage with their local community.
