What you'll be doing

- Leading your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, wherever your customers are




- Growing the branch - a mix of branch interactions, onsite visits and converting leads into hires - with one eye always on the next strategic opportunity
- Bringing the passion and positivity that make you a genuine brand ambassador for Hire Express
- Holding the line on safety, equipment reliability, branch workflow, cleanliness and administrative compliance
- Equipping customers to get better results from every piece of equipment they hire

What you'll bring

- A customer-first outlook that delivers top-level service, every time
- Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving revenue and profit
- Proven operational management experience in a hire branch setting
- In-depth knowledge of tools and equipment and how they're used on site
- The ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities to deadline
- Solid administrative, organisational and communication skills
- The physical fitness the role demands
- A current driver's licence and a clean driving record

What's on offer

A competitive remuneration package of $120,000-$140,000 + super + FMCV + Profit Share - because we're only looking for the best people to join our team.
