What you'll do

- Develop pricing recommendations and proposals that support portfolio performance and business objectives.

- Apply machine learning and advanced analytical techniques to improve pricing outcomes.

- Analyse customer, market and competitor data to provide actionable insights.

- Monitor portfolio and model performance.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate insights.
n
- Contribute to data transformation initiatives.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Experience with Python or R and SQL.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
n
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modelling.
n
- Strong communication skills.
n
- Exposure to or understanding of common ML techniques: multivariate classification/regression, GLM, Lasso, tree-based models (CART, random forest, GBM), hypothesis testing, etc.
n
- Insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
n
- Exposure to insurance products will be viewed favourably.
n

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area (data science, statistics, actuarial, computer science, maths etc).
n
- Master's / PhD degree with good academic performance (desirable)
n
