In this role you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading a team of multi-skilled personnel in a protected andcost-effective manner
n
- Day-to-day activities of workshop personnel
n
- Technical support and guidance
n
- Mentoring apprentices and leading by example for allstaff
n
- Rebuilds and repairs on a wide range of heavymachinery
n
- Diagnosis,



maintenance and repair of large earthmoving andassociated equipment
n
- Problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
n
- Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
n
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a manufacturingworkshop environment
n
- Strong safety focus with a working knowledge of WorkSaferegulations
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
- Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, WAH,Crane, etc
n
