Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join the Sydney Head Office. The role focuses on creating engaging internal communications, developing stories across operations, and supporting change and campaigns to strengthen employee engagement.

You will work with the Communications & Brand Manager to align content with business priorities, deliver across web, intranet, newsletters and leadership communications, and contribute to reporting on engagement
