Business Development Manager - Full Time + KPI Incentives
HELM Wiring is a manufacturing company that provides wiring harness design and manufacturing services, including prototype development and production roll-out to the automotive industry. With a solid supply chain we are able to offer a plug and play turn key solution to the end user.
About the role:
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will provide a first-class customer experience whilst maintaining and growing business within your area/catchment. You will be comfortable building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers whilst delivering on sales targets, promotions and area growth. A typical day will be based around your call structure, visiting existing and prospective customers balanced with working in the branch and responding to queries and engaging with your customers by phone.
What we're looking for :
An experienced Sales Representative with a background in trade/Industrial automotive or aftermarket parts experience. Alternatively, you may be an automotive trade-based professional looking to get off the tools.
Ability to build client relationships and gain trust and respect
Strong results driven attitude and commitment
Exceptional computer literacy and negotiation skills
Cooperative attitude and ability to build a solid rapport with staff and clients
Be able to follow and maintain processes and procedures
Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in sales, meeting targets and growing business.
An ability to manage and resolve technical or trade queries, as well as any issues or concerns.
A strong 'know how' and passion in trade/Industrial automotive or aftermarket parts.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
An innovative and collaborative approach to your work.
A solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills.
Hold a valid driver's licence.
Base + Phone + Laptop
KPI incentive
Company vehicle (Once Proof of KPI been meet)
Overnight travel will be required from time to time
