JUARA IT SOLUTIONS is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead - IT to independently manage end-to-end global IT recruitment delivery. The role requires business-level English and Japanese, ownership of sourcing, interviewing, offers, and weekly dashboards for international clients.

You will build pipelines across Cyber Security, App Development, Data & AI, ERP, and IT Operations, while ensuring SLA targets and solid client partnerships.
