Flexiforce is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our client's busy operation in Goulburn, NSW. This is a casual position offering full-time ongoing hours (38 hours per week) for the right candidate. As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and goods.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse scanning equipment.
- Use RF scanners and voice-picking systems to manage inventory.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
- Perform stock counts and inventory reconciliations as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Report damaged stock, inventory discrepancies or safety concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with RF scanning and voice-picking systems.
- A current Forklift Licence (LF) and proven operating experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
