Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a motivated full time Overnight Duty Manager - Front Office to lead the busy Front Office team, ensuring smooth night operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will guide and coach colleagues, manage VIP arrivals, handle enquiries, and act as Chief Warden in emergencies, with flexibility to cover a 24/7 schedule in a five-star hotel.
