Job details

- 8.30am to 5pm AEST
- 4+ years working as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker
- Must know how to read payslips, tax return & financials
- Must know how to verify applicant information and living expenses
- Must be experienced with multi-property clients, self-employed clients
- Must have experience actively finding solutions for clients via researching lender policy and workshopping scenarios with BDM'S




- Extensive experience handling entire lending process from information gathering stage to settlement

Core responsibilities

- Review loan applications and supporting documents
- Verify applicant information and documentation
- Coordinate with underwriters/creditors to ensure timely processing
- Communicate with customers to request additional information if needed
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
