We are looking for a friendly, experienced and well-presented Customer Service Skilled to join our team.

n

About The Role

n

As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
n
- Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
n
- Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
n
- Answering questions about venues and providing all relevant information
n
- Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
n
- Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
n
- Updating details in membership system
n
- Issuing Workers' Gift Cards
n
- Taking member bookings for the Club courtesy bus
n
- Facilitate cloak room service; and
n
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
n
- Excellent communication,



interpersonal skills and presentation
n
- Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
n
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
n
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency card, or willing to obtain
n
- Polite phone etiquette; and
n
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
n
