Tasmanian Government’s Department of Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant for Chronic Kidney Disease and Dialysis in North Tasmania. You will educate patients, coordinate dialysis access pathways, and drive CKD program improvements within a multidisciplinary renal team.

With 5+ years RN experience in renal care, you will lead CKD education initiatives, foster evidence-based practice, and contribute to service development while promoting high-quality, patient-centred care in a leadership role.
