Carlile Swim North Lakes is seeking a Program Manager to join the centre leadership team. You will lead teaching quality, coach and develop Swim Teachers, recruit and onboard recent staff, and stay hands-on with teaching and day-to-day operations on the pool deck.
You will collaborate with the Swim School Manager and Customer Experience Manager, drive safeguarding and safety, and contribute to a high-quality experience for swimmers and families across Australia’s leading swim school network.
