Field Service Technician- Weighing
n Balcatta, WA

n

This is a field-based role responsible for installations, diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and customer support across weighing systems and heavy equipment technology.

n

You'll work across equipment including loaders, excavators, forklifts, telehandlers, and material handlers, while supporting customers onsite with troubleshooting, training, and technical advice.

n

Key responsibilities include:

- Diagnose, repair, install, and calibrate weighing systems
n
- Deliver high-quality customer support and technical training
n
- Complete service reporting and documentation through D365 systems
n
- Maintain NMI compliance and equipment standards
n
- NMI 6.8 Preferred but NOT essential
n
- Manage vehicle stock, tooling, and field equipment
n
- Identify and report WHS risks, incidents, and improvement opportunities
n
- Support continuous improvement and product feedback initiatives
n
- Work safely within mining, construction, and remote site environments
n

About You

You are a practical,



customer-focused technician who enjoys problem solving and working autonomously in the field.

You bring:

n

n
- Mechanical, hydraulic, auto-electrical, or related technical experience
n
- Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
n
- Experience in customer-facing or field service roles
n
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in mining/construction environments
n
- Solid communication and documentation skills
n
- Construction White Card and open driver's licence
n
- Willingness to travel, work overtime, and undertake remote/site-based work
n

n

Experience within weighing systems, heavy equipment, mining, or industrial technology environments will be highly regarded.
