The Lodge Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its premium dining team in Brisbane. You will work closely with the Head Chef to drive day-to-day kitchen performance, lead a grill-focused kitchen, and maintain exceptional food quality and service across busy shifts.
You will mentor the kitchen team, participate in menu development and seasonal changes, and ensure food safety and cost controls are consistently applied.
