Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Restaurant Manager (or an exceptional lead host) to oversee The Dining Room, a refined yet relaxed regional dining experience. You will lead the front-of-house team, partner with the Head Chef, elevate service and wine program, ensure guest moments are memorable, and uphold RSA and food-safety standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role in premium dining with a passion for local produce and wines.
