Talent Quarter is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead for a Disability & Aged Care (NDIS) role based in Richlands, Brisbane, QLD. You will lead Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and support workers to deliver compassionate 24/7 care for residents with complex needs.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, supervising care plans, and ensuring alignment with NDIS standards and best practices, while fostering a supportive, patient-centered setting.
