We're currently seeking a Diploma Educator (or someone actively working towards their Diploma) to join a well-established early learning service in a permanent role.

As part of the team, you'll help deliver high-quality educational programs, support children's learning and development, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. Working collaboratively with fellow educators, you'll contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities Include:
n
n
- Supporting the delivery of engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
n
- Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children
n
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider team
n
- Contributing to programming, observations and documentation
n
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and centre policies
n
- Supporting the overall day-to-day operation of the service
n
n
About You:
n
n
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is actively working towards one
n
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team setting
n
- Builds strong relationships with children and families
n
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality education and care
n
- Is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
n
- Current Blue Card / Working With Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
