$130k - $180k + Super (Experience Dependant)

YOUR CURRENT COMPANY This role will enable you to work for a sought after, high quality commercial builder that has a variety of commercial construction projects to sink your teeth into. This role presents a long-term career chance within South Australia. Working centrally from modern offices with a talented team in the Adelaide CBD.

YOUR NEXT ROLE

As the Contract Administrator, you will:

- Monthly reports
- Review quotes
- Approve claims
- Procurement
- Generate purchase orders
- Manage subcontractor relationships
- Subcontractor variations
- Prepare agreements
- Contractor completion tasks - defect management
- Ad hoc tasks

ARE YOU A FIT?

To be considered successful, you will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and experience working for a mid to large size commercial builder within Australia. You will have had some experience performing the role of a CA onsite and ideally worked on high rise multi-level residential projects. You will be able to procure trade packages and write scopes of work. This is a great opportunity to join an iconic company and build a successful long-term career.
