About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our quick-paced, growing business! The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist.

A typical day might look like:

- Assisting with customer service queries

- Coordinating staff recruitment

- Coordinating staff training and development activities

- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed

- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety





- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies

- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture

- Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
