Viscount is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to translate our maintenance strategy into site-level execution, ensuring plant reliability, safety and top performance. Lead a team of technicians, manage PMs, spares, and 5S while driving continuous improvement on site.
The role operates on a Monday to Friday day shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with overtime as required, and requires hands-on problem-solving, solid communication, and a safety-first mindset within a FMCG manufacturing setting.
