Victorian Clinical Genetics Services (VCGS) in Parkville, VIC, is seeking a Customer Care Operator (Specimen Reception) to help ensure specimens are received, processed and distributed accurately and efficiently. You will join the Customer Care Group within Laboratory Services, providing essential pre-analytical support to diagnostic laboratories and, where required, MCRI research laboratories.
