Fitness First Launceston, TAS, AU is seeking a proactive Member Growth Specialist to convert conversations into memberships and drive growth across the club network. You will lead outreach, welcome potential members, and tailor experiences to individual goals, while delivering outstanding service.
You’ll manage club open/close shifts, present to prospects, give tours, and maintain a friendly, energetic culture that motivates both recent and existing members.
