Eastern Health is seeking a Voluntary Assisted Dying Care Coordinator to deliver a high quality, lawful VAD model of care across its catchment. The role supports patients, families and clinicians with a coordinated pathway in a large metropolitan health service.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensure governance and patient-centred practice, and hold an autonomous role within a diverse health workplace. The position is based at Box Hill Hospital in Melbourne’s eastern region.
