Rolltec Doors is seeking a confident, organised Garage Door Insurance Coordinator to manage end-to-end insurance claims - from initial contact, scheduling measures, quoting, ordering doors, coordinating installers

This is not a sales role . All work comes directly from our contracted insurance builders and the focus is fast communication, accuracy to keep jobs moving. You'll be supplied with a laptop and phone and a work car is available when required for site meetings and/or measures.

We work closely with insurance builders & asset management companies to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable repairs. Our team is practical, supportive, and focused on getting the job done right the first time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will manage the full lifecycle of garage door insurance claims, including:

- Handling initial contact with insurance
- Scheduling site measures with our technicians
- Preparing accurate quotes for garage doors and gates
- Submitting quotes and following up approvals with insurance builders
- Ordering doors, motors, panels, and materials
- Creating purchase orders for materials and installers
- Coordinating installation from start to finish
- Managing supplier lead times and ensuring correct products are selected
- Keeping customers and insurance partners updated throughout the claim
- Ensuring all documentation,



photos, compliance notes and costings are complete
- Closing out jobs in Ascora with accurate notes and attachments
- Attending site meetings when required

This is a true end-to-end coordination role - you run the claim, the materials pipeline and the installation workflow.

SKILLS & EXPERENCE

- Experience in garage doors, shutters, gates or a similar mechanical trade environment (preferred but not essential)
- Door knowledge recommended - training provided on-hand
- Robust understanding of structured workflows (insurance, construction, or service coordination)
- Confidence using job management software (Ascora highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills - nothing slips through the cracks
- Clear communication with insurers, customers, suppliers and technicians
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once while keeping everything moving
- A proactive mindset - someone who can jump in and get started
