Warehouse Storepersons - Multiple Positions

As a Warehouse Storeperson at Bainbridge , you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of our busy warehouse. These full time positions are based in Yatala and form part of our broader warehouse team.

We believe in working as one team to get the best results, so flexibility and a willingness to support different areas of the warehouse are an important part of the role.

We are currently recruiting for 4 Warehouse Storepersons , with positions having different primary areas of focus:

- 3 x Warehouse Storepersons – primarily focused on general warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatch
- 1 x Warehouse Storeperson – Packaging Focus – primarily focused on product packaging, labelling and preparation

Each role has a clear day-to-day focus, while still contributing to keep the wider warehouse operation running efficiently.

What you'll be doing

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Product packaging, labelling and preparation
- Receiving, replenishing and moving stock within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse as required
- Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily operational requirements

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm — no weekends.





What we're looking for

For our general Warehouse Storeperson positions , previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment is preferred.

For our Packaging Focus position , previous warehouse or packaging experience is beneficial, however strong attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Across all positions, we are looking for:

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience highly regarded
- A current LF Forklift Licence with confidence operating a High Reach forklift is highly regarded and will be a strong advantage. (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- Willingness to assist across different areas of the warehouse when required
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to health and safety requirements
- Confidence completing physical and manual handling tasks associated with warehouse work

Full training will be provided.
