- Inverell District Hospital** is seeking **Rural Generalists with advanced skills in Emergency Medicine** and **General Practitioners with a strong interest in Emergency Care** to deliver comprehensive **primary care, inpatient services, and emergency medicine** to the local community.

You Will Have

About You - Essential Qualifications & Attributes
n
n
- A **primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA**
n
- **Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM**, Rural Generalist qualification, or eligibility via an overseas-trained specialist pathway
n
- Recent and comprehensive experience in **General Practice and Emergency Medicine**
n
- A robust commitment to **ongoing professional development**
n
- The ability to support and teach **junior doctors and trainees**
n
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**
n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within **multidisciplinary teams**
n
- Leadership capability, adaptability, and experience in **safety and quality improvement**

- Commitment to **clinical governance, peer review, and professionalism**

- A demonstrated passion for **advocacy and improving individual and community health outcomes**
