CONTRACTS & AUCTIONS MANAGER | $100K - $110K + Super

I am partnering with a large, highly regarded real estate business to appoint an experienced Contracts & Auctions Manager.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing contracts, settlements and auction coordination in a high-volume real estate environment. This is an important role for someone who enjoys responsibility and can confidently manage multiple concurrent processes.

Key responsibilities

Managing shared contract inboxes and general agent enquiries

Processing contracts and liaising with solicitors

Coordinating settlements, deposits and vendor tax invoices

Completing AML buyer checks, reconciliations and audits

Preparing contracts and bidder registrations for in-room auctions

Coordinating auction staff and managing events on the day

Training new employees in contract processes and systems

Organising staff inductions and system access

Tracking agent recognition and supporting internal programs

Providing invoicing,



listings and administrative backup when required

About you

Strong contracts administration experience within residential real estate

Confidence managing a large volume of contracts

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A sound understanding of the sales contract and settlement process

The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and make decisions

Confidence training and supporting new employees

Auction coordination experience would be highly regarded

Exceptional leadership and a supportive management team
