Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

n

- Work independently to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile framework.
n
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.

Technical Business Analysis

n

n
- Support integration activities between the new vendor platform, internal systems, and external systems.
n
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure smooth implementation.
n

n

Stakeholder Engagement

n

n
- Build strong relationships with product owners, business owners, SMEs, and vendors.
n
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
n

n

Problem Solving & Clarity

n

n
- Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in requirements and solution design.
n
- Challenge assumptions respectfully and influence decisions when direction needs reconsideration.
n

n

Agile Delivery Support

n

n
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
n
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
n

n





Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong foundational knowledge and hands‐on experience in Business Analysis practices.
n
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in an agile workplace.
n
- Experience with technical BA responsibilities, including system integrations and vendor platform implementations.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge respectfully.
n
- Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity in complex projects.
n
- Familiarity with Utilities, energy, and mining internal systems (highly desirable).
n
