Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Prahran, VIC store. You will lead and coach a team of up to 10, upholding Ghanda values, and ensure top-store presentation in line with brand guidelines. You will coordinate with the stock allocator, maintain optimal stock levels, and drive sales through effective rostering and reporting.
We value leadership, customer focus, and a proactive attitude. Prior retail/hospitality experience is welcome; right attitude is prioritized.
