Your recent company This QLD-based construction company is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team. This permanent full-time role will be based in their Fortitude Valley offices, which is located close to public transport connections.
Your new role
- Performing end to end accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling creditor accounts and bank accounts
- Liaising with creditors, project staff and stakeholders
- Assisting with providing administrative support, including answering the phone, ordering office supplies etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in an accounts processing position
- Experience with various systems, ideally construction-based systems
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
