Job Description
Broome Residential College, operated by the Department of Education, Western Australia, seeks a Boarding Supervisor to lead staff, oversee operations and ensure student safety at a state-of-the-art residential facility in Broome. You will deputise for the College Manager and manage staff performance, training and rosters.
Role requires managing various duties, including HR tasks, reporting, and ensuring a wide range of leisure activities for students in a culturally safe setting.
