Eureka Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in Geelong. This hands-on leadership role supports the Head Chef, leads service, drives quality and food safety, and helps manage a high-volume pub menu.
You’ll train junior chefs, assist with stock and ordering, and help create a positive kitchen culture while delivering consistent, outstanding value dining for our guests, with evening and weekend shifts.
