We're looking for a Rapid Food Team Leader to join our Morayfield restaurant.

Job Description

Ready to step up and lead? If you have leadership experience in quick food or hospitality and love





working in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make your mark at one of

Availability Type:Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner Flexibility / Open Availability

What You'll Be Doing

- Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard
- Leading and supporting team members including juniors
- Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
- Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally
- Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation
- Cash handling and register operation
- Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality
- A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene

Mandatory Requirements

- I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate(free online, must be completed before starting)
- Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment (Restaurant dependant)
