Pact Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Household & Industrial operations across Braeside and Baroda manufacturing sites, with accountability for safety, people, performance and continuous improvement.
You will report to the General Manager and drive safety, reliability, productivity, quality, cost and delivery while developing a high-performing team and delivering transformation initiatives across multiple sites.
