In this role you will:

- Support Trainees who are participating in Compass Day programs, both in groups or 1:1
n
- Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
n
- Assist with personal care and daily support needs where required
n
- Follow care plans and contribute to trainee goals
n
- Complete progress notes and incident reporting
n
- Help create engaging and meaningful learning experiences
n
n

- Feels confident supporting people with complex behaviours and support needs

Position Requirements:
n
n
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
n
- Driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle
n
- Experience in the disability sector highly regarded
n
n
