Reporting to the COO, you will lead our estimating and pre-construction capability, align bids with strategy, and strengthen our commercial proposition across Growth, Operations, Commercial and Finance.
You will bring deep estimation expertise, solid commercial judgement, and a proven leadership track record to elevate our tendering performance in a growing Tier 3 environment.
