CSR is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join the Archerfield team and lead daily warehouse and transport operations.
You will drive safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement, partnering with Sales, Customer Service and Planning to optimise performance while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced workplace. Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll ensure WHS/CoR compliance and influence improvements across processes and inventory control.
