McGuire Hotels is seeking a Duty Manager for the RQ Tavern in Robina, Queensland. This full time role oversees all tavern operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience and smooth daily service.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage opening/closing procedures, monitor stock, and ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health and safety regulations. Strong leadership and hospitality qualifications are essential.
