Searchability® is seeking a hands-on growth role specialist to run paid acquisition across Meta and Google, focusing on DTC ecommerce. You will build a live backlog of tests, benchmark competitors, and ship onsite tests with our developer while developing AI tooling to speed future work.

You will work directly with the founder and GM in a hybrid Rowville office, driving measurement of blended CAC, MER, and subscription metrics to grow the business on real budgets.
