Transgrid is seeking a Customer Strategy Lead to shape the customer experience and the connection lifecycle across the business. You will translate strategy into practical initiatives, standards and measurable outcomes, embedding customer thinking into everyday decisions.
Working within the Customer Strategy and Engagement function, you will lead culture change, partner with senior leaders, and use customer insights to drive better outcomes for energy infrastructure projects.
