THE POSITION:

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening

- Provide updated national police clearance, Full Driver's Licence, RSA and White Card
n
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
n
- Comfortable flying to the site for swings on a 12-hour shift
n
- Flying out only from Perth Airport, to support village accommodation across multiple villages in Western Australia
n

THE PERSON:

- Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia to fully engage in all job responsibilities.
n
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

- Complete a pre-employment medical assessment,
including drug and alcohol screening, as well as a national police clearance.
n
- Be prepared to work on a FIFO roster, showing adaptability and resilience in various work environments.
n
- Able to quickly adjust to new environments, schedules, and team dynamics.
n
- Committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive resident experience.
n
- Hotel or FIFO Hospitality experience highly regarded.
n
- Meticulous in performing tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the work environment.
