Colliers International in Sydney CBD is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the presentation, maintenance and performance of a diverse property portfolio for clients. You will build strong relationships with tenants and clients and support leasing to maintain a zero-vacancy workplace.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office/industrial property management, hold a Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License, and are proficient in Excel with MRI experience considered a plus.
