Job Description

ITW Construction Products Asia Pacific seeks an experienced HR Generalist/Manager to own the employee lifecycle, drive a payroll systems implementation, and partner with Finance and IT across a multi-business platform in Australia.

You will oversee HR services, data-driven decision making and Workday enhancements, aligning with business needs and compliance. Hybrid role based in Chirnside Park or Dandenong with senior HR leadership support.
