POSITION
The position of Client Manager has been created to free up the Partners to conduct new business development.
The role will involve managing circa $750,000 in fees with two offshore staff members to manage.
The role will involve providing high quality tax compliance and advisory services.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (from reputable firms)
- Experience mentoring or supervising staff off shore (or a willingness to manage off shore staff)
- Experience with large and complex clients
- Stable employment history
- Ability to foster a positive team culture
- Very strong technical ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
