Make a meaningful impact in women's health
n Join Each's Primary Care team and help improve access to high-quality sexual and reproductive healthcare for women through our Virtual Women's Health Clinic.
n
This specialist service provides accessible, person-centred care through telehealth, supporting women to access expert clinical advice, assessment, treatment and ongoing care, regardless of location. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll help remove barriers to healthcare and empower women to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
n
Your role, your impact
n As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide advanced, autonomous clinical care while helping shape a high-quality, accessible women's health service. Through expert clinical leadership and compassionate care, you'll support better health outcomes and improve access to essential sexual and reproductive health services.
n
n
- Deliver advanced clinical assessments via telehealth, including diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing care
n
- Provide autonomous Nurse Practitioner services, including prescribing medications and ordering and interpreting pathology and diagnostic investigations
n
- Manage complex clinical presentations using a person-centred and evidence-based approach
n
- Coordinate timely follow-up care, including review of results and ongoing clinical management
n
- Facilitate referrals and service navigation to ensure clients are connected with the right healthcare providers and supports
n
- Promote collaborative care by working closely with GPs, nurses and multidisciplinary health professionals
n
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards
n
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to nursing and healthcare colleagues
n
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service delivery
n
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy development and service performance monitoring
n
n
Who we're looking for
n You'll be a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to improving access to sexual and reproductive healthcare and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
n
- Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nurse Practitioner
n
- Qualified Cervical Screening Provider
n
- Evidence of current professional indemnity insurance
n
- Extensive experience in sexual and reproductive health nursing
n
- Experience managing complex clinical presentations and caseloads
n
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and care planning skills
n
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
n
- Strong understanding of relevant health legislation and clinical governance requirements
n
- Commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and person-centred healthcare
n
n
