We're looking for a Site Manager who wants explicit targets, ownership of outcomes, and real career progression – not just "more of the same" – to join our Western Australia operations.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

n

Oversee on-site construction and installation activities for major structural steel projects

n

Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and safety standards

n

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve efficient project execution

n

Manage site risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery

n

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards

n

Engage with stakeholders including clients, engineers,



and project partners to maintain strong communication and collaboration

n

Drive continuous improvement in site processes and project outcomes

n

You'll be a key player in ensuring projects transition smoothly from tender handover into successful delivery, setting the tone for operational excellence on site.

What You'll Bring

n

5+ years' site management experience in structural steel, metal fabrication, or commercial construction

n

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse site teams and subcontractors

n

Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and installation processes

n

Proven ability to manage site risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations

n

Clear written and verbal communication skills

n

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment

n

Degree or trade background in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (steel, welding, rigging, fabrication experience highly regarded)

n

Experience with Tier 1–3 commercial or industrial builders

n

Exposure to offshore teams or international collaboration is a plus
