We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Associate for our new Chadstone Store, to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute.

The Chance

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is enthusiastic, energetic and customer focused. As a brand ambassador for Swatch, you will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance, and bring the energy and personality of the brand to life every day. You will:

- Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
- Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
- Keep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
- Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
- Ensure the store always looks it’s best,



including products displays and following our merchandising standards
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
